Valentine’s Day Menu

Price fix $50 per person or ala carte upon request

 

First Course:

Chicken & Waffles

Homemade rosemary waffles, chicken confit, chicken jus, and pickled vegetables

Beef Carpacio

Seared beef tenderloin, with tarragon aioli, endive, lemon vinaigrette, and toasted baguette

Seared Scallops

With roasted turnip puree, preserved lemons, fried and truffled potato crisps

Roasted Beet Risotto

Roasted beets, creamy risotto finished with goat cheese, and pistachio crumbs

 

 

Second Course:

Warm Frisee Salad

Served with warm bacon dressing, buttered croutons, and a poached egg

Organic Greens

Served with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions, and your choice of vinaigrette

Lobster Bisque

With crème fraiche and herbs

 

 

Third Course:

Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi

Mahi-Mahi with grilled razor clams, chorizo, potato puree, and cilantro pesto

Grilled NY Strip

Aged 12oz NY Strip, with roasted root vegetables, sautéed swiss chard, and blue cheese mousse

Chicken Confit Cassoulette

Cured local chicken leg and thigh, white beans braised with chicken, vegetables and pancetta, and toasted parmesan crumbs

Marinated Flank Steak

Marinated with champagne and fresh herbs, served with smoked shitake, arugula salad, and potato crisps

Gnocchi

Potato Gnocchi with crispy wild mushrooms, roasted turnips, and organic greens, finished with sage beurre blanc

 

 

Fourth Course:

Trio of Chocolate

Dark chocolate pot de crème, rich truffle brownie, and a taste of creamy hot cocoa

Roasted Peach Cobbler

Warm peaches with crunchy granola cobbler and homemade vanilla bean ice cream

Vanilla Crème Brulee

Classic and rich vanilla bean custard with caramelized sugar
